Description

Located at 930 Market Street, the Centex Urban Showroom is a 5,000 s.f. tenant improvement to house the showroom/sales office and contractor's offices. The design features high tech audio-visual display exposed concrete and structure, custom glazing, and custom designed furniture. Responsibilities included: programming, space planning, interior design, design of presentation displays and furniture, construction documents, agency processing, and construction administration.
