Description

This 4,500 square foot project included tenant improvements and exterior renovations for a 2-story building located in downtown San Diego. Mindgruve, a branding and marketing agency, required a collaborative open office environment, conference room and executive offices. The client had a restrictive budget so creative and efficient use of material was a necessity.

Responsibilities included: space programming, conceptual design, custom furniture design, construction documents and construction administration.
