Description

PrepKitchen is a small take-out gourmet restaurant located in the heart of Del Mar. The concept was to create a warm, inviting home-style environment where you can watch the chef and crew prepare your meal on the go. There are some dine-in accommodations along a counter-height bar as well as an accommodating exterior patio.

Bluemotif performed design and engneering coordination services as well as all FF&E procurement. The design features reclaimed wood barn siding, recycled glass tile, and custom fabricated furniture by Bluemotif.
